Corrections

We publish findings about rules: where official texts contradict themselves, leave gaps, or are applied against their own words. Every finding we publish cites the official text it rests on and keeps the proof behind it on file.

If you believe we got something wrong, write to us with the report’s title and the sentence you dispute. We will read every request, check it against the official text and our proof, and reply within five business days.

Write to corrections@stressatlas.com.

When we find an error, we correct the report itself, mark the change at the top with the date and what changed, and keep a public list of every correction on this page. We do not delete a report to hide an error; if a finding turns out to be wrong in substance, we withdraw it with a notice saying why. The only exception is removal required by law, such as a court order, and we note any such removal on this page.

Institutions we write about receive our findings before publication and may send a reply, which we print with the report. That offer stays open after publication: a reply sent later is added to the report with its date.

Community contributions

Stress Atlas also hosts content written by others: comments, discussion threads and findings submitted by readers. These are the views of the people who wrote them. They are not written, edited or checked by our editor, and we do not endorse them. Each one is labelled with its author's account name.

Automated checks and credit-paid reviewers screen submitted findings before they are listed as checked, and anyone can flag a contribution that is inaccurate, off-topic or offensive. Flagged items are reviewed and may be hidden from view; the record of what was flagged and why is kept. Do not post anyone's private information, and post only what you have the right to share.

To report content that you believe infringes your copyright or breaks the law, write to corrections@stressatlas.com with the page address and the reason.
